Shipping policy

Once an item has shipped our facility it is in the hands of the carrier used. Please contact them for more information. All claims must be made by the buyer. 

If you were not charged enough postage you will be required to pay the difference before we ship your items out. 

  1. Shipping mishaps 
    1. Once items have departed our store, we no longer have possession or control over the item/ package.
      1. This includes lost or stolen packages, stuck packages, and shipping delays based on carrier. 
    2. CANDLES - If BROKEN contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
      1. All items leave our store adequately packaged.
